 “Its easier to stay in shape if you never let yourself get out of shape in the first place”

A diet should always be something which can be followed throughout your life, crash diet might help you cut down your weight or get you in shape quickly but everything expeditious is temporary. Once you start having junk food you might end up getting out of shape within no time. Try to toss it out.  

Few healthy lifestyle hacks!  

1.Go for a brisk walk / Run for 15 minutes. Distance yourself.

2.Have atleast 2-3 litres of water daily. Hydrate yourself. It helps boost metabolism.

3.Other thing you can do is cut down sugar from your diet. Healthier substitute is honey. Its a natural energy drink.

4.Exercising daily helps you to kill sugar cravings. Its releases endorphins (feel good chemicals)

*FYI* its scientifically proven. 

5.Increase the protein intake. Add cheese / nuts / soy ,lentils to your meal,top it up with veggies. Protein is great for satiety, may help with cravings as well.

6.Have a bowl of salad / fruits daily. Preferably raw. 

7.Sleep well. Go ahead, snooze!

8.Rejuvenate yourself, listen to your favourite music, it sure does wonders.

Don’t eat less, Eat right!
